As most of you know, I'm about to embark on the adventure of a lifetime! I am studying abroad through Winthrop University and am traveling to Australia, University of the Sunshine Coast. I will be there for 5 months, from now through December. I've been packing for days and am just about ready...
Itinerary-
- Tuesday, July 7: Leave @ 5pm for Charlotte to stay with Jessica (freshman year roommate and love of my life :)
- Wednesday, July 8: Kristen Mayer and I leave for OC, California for some relaxation
- Monday, July 13: Kreekree and I have red-eye flights; hers to Charlotte, mine to Australia
- Wednesday, July 15: I arrive in Brisbane, Australia!!!
My university is in a place called the Sunshine Coast, about an hour north of Brisbane, halfway up the eastern coast.
University of the Sunshine Coast is a beautiful school known for it's unique architecture (and it's kangaroos!).
I wanted to start this blog as a permanent keepsake and to keep y'all informed. I hope you enjoy it- I'll update as much as possible and feel free to comment :) Keep me in your prayers!

ReplyDeletealso, if you can, go to the whitsunday islands/airlie beach. it's BEAUTIFUL. also, go scuba diving.
